Tiny Indulgences LLC ("Tiny Indulgences," "we," "us," or "our") operates tinyindulgences.com and the Tiny Indulgences storefront and Recipe Library. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, password credentials in protected form, and account preferences.
• Order information: products purchased, order number, transaction status, billing and delivery address, and customer-support history.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction details such as payment status, card brand, and limited card information, but we do not store the full card number or security code.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with the storefront, Recipe Library, and transactional emails.
• Information you provide: messages, survey responses, promotion entries, and other information submitted to us.

How We Use Information

• create and secure accounts;
• process orders and provide Recipe Library access;
• send receipts, password resets, service notices, and customer-support communications;
• detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
• maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve our products and storefront;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
• send marketing communications when permitted, with the ability to unsubscribe.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including to hosting and commerce providers such as Vercel, Render, Spree Commerce, Stripe, and Resend; professional advisers; fraud-prevention and analytics providers; authorities when legally required; and a successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, cart operation, checkout, security, preferences, and performance. Browser settings can limit cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working.

Email and Marketing Choices

Transactional messages about accounts, purchases, security, and service are necessary to provide the requested services. Promotional email may be stopped by using its unsubscribe link or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain purchase access, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements. Because purchase history establishes Recipe Library entitlements, deleting an account may remove access to purchased content. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
